Dubai UAE National Day 2025: Fireworks, Concerts, Parades & Family Fun

Dubai is gearing up for the 54th UAE National Day (Eid Al Etihad) celebrations from December 1 to 3, 2025, promising a spectacular mix of culture, heritage, entertainment, and family-friendly activities. The festivities will bring residents and tourists together to honor the nation’s unity, pride, and progress.

Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s celebrations feature dazzling fireworks, live concerts, cultural parades, retail promotions, and diverse dining experiences across the city.

Eid Al Etihad Parade: A Showcase of National Unity

The Eid Al Etihad Parade will take place at City Walk on December 1 at 4 PM, in collaboration with Dubai Police. Over 1,000 participants, including Dubai Police officers, KHDA students, and community members, will perform in a grand display of patriotism and national pride.

Highlights include:

  • Dubai Police Marching Band

  • Horse-mounted police officers

  • Students from Dubai Police Academy

  • Community performances showcasing unity


Cultural Performances Across the City

Dubai will host cultural shows and parades at over 20 locations, immersing visitors in authentic Emirati traditions such as:

  • Al Ayala, Al Harbia, Yola, and Liwa dances

  • Live folk crafts and storytelling sessions

Hatta will feature enhanced fireworks, folk performances, and illuminated streets, creating a scenic and patriotic celebration against the backdrop of nature. Fireworks in Hatta will start at 8 PM on December 2.


Iconic Fireworks and Light Shows

Dubai’s most iconic landmarks will light up with vibrant fireworks:

  • Dubai Festival City Mall: 8 PM, December 2, followed by a live concert by Emirati star Balqees

  • Souk Al Seef: 9 PM, December 2, with heritage-inspired performances and dining experiences

  • Bluewaters & The Beach, JBR: 9 PM, December 2, showcasing seaside fireworks and entertainment

  • Burj Khalifa: Center stage for a breathtaking fireworks display on December 2

  • Global Village: Nightly fireworks and drone shows from December 1 to 3, along with cultural installations and performances


Live Concerts and Entertainment Highlights

Dubai’s UAE National Day celebrations will feature live concerts and cultural performances:

  • December 1: Lebanese singer Diana Haddad performs at 8 PM

  • December 2: Emirati superstar Balqees headlines at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City Mall, following 8 PM fireworks

  • December 2: Shamma Hamdan, first Emirati finalist on Arabs Got Talent, performs at 8 PM

Additionally, City Walk will showcase Emirati culture through traditional dances, music, and street performances, creating a carnival-like atmosphere for all visitors.
